Get the wiggles out

I get excited to go on trips.  If I have to spend a long time in the car I have to find a way to get some of my energy out or else I bounce off the walls, or so I’ve been told.

There is something I do to help. I get my wiggles out.

Here’s how I do it.

  1. Wiggle your arms.
  2. Wiggle your head.
  3. Wiggle your tummy.
  4. Wiggle your booty.
  5. Wiggle your legs.
  6. Finally, wiggle your entire body.
You can also mix in jumping jacks. That’s what I did on my road trip to Oklahoma to see my cousins.  It worked!
